We are Long Island’s local craft kombucha brewery. We started as a homegrown operation dedicated to offering the most memorable and flavorful drinking experience possible. Sales Account Manager

Your Mission:

  • Build and develop relationships with wholesale customers by offering consistent and intimate service that matches Coastal Craft Kombucha’s quality products and service.
  • Manage all aspects of sales both remotely and in the field with existing customer base to maximize sales.
  • Prospect new business that is aligned with the company's mission in order to continue our path towards being the craft kombucha leader in the Northeast.

Outcomes:

  • Develop relationships by offering enthusiastic, informed and professional service to existing customers in order to best serve their needs and ensure we are offering the best products and service possible for their business.
  • Maximize sales potential with existing customer base and actively seek out new business opportunities in order to meet and exceed baseline growth.
  • Strive for sales growth milestones based on annual projections.
  • Show thorough understanding of company values and product differentiation in the market in order to communicate effectively with partners and strategize sales efforts accordingly for growth.
  • Understand and cater to customers needs across a multi-faceted client base to provide best products to meet B2B needs and customers B2C needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by offering creative sales solutions, strategies and product education
  • Master use of Sales CRM, website and invoicing software to streamline sales process.

  • Attention to detail: Adopt our existing process to create visibility into your pipeline and sales process, and proactively improve the process as you see opportunities to do so.
  • Strong sales person: Proactively seek opportunities to grow existing accounts and close new ones. Use feedback you get from customers to help identify new opportunities to grow our business.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year minimum experience in food or beverage sales (preferably within the Long Island and NY Metro Area)
  • Experience with Sales CRM’s, Google Drive and invoicing software
  • Experience and comfort within the food and beverage sector

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
